I want you to love your purchase. Everything I sell is entirely handmade, so some variation is natural and to be expected (hopefully that’s why you’re here!).

I try to take clear pictures and describe my items accurately. If you have a question, feel free to reach out before you purchase and I am happy to send additional information or photos.

Should something arrive to you broken, please email me at lhceramics@icloud.com within 48 hours of receipt. I will either refund you or work to get you the same or similar item, if possible.

Can I return an item?

As a one-woman business, I cannot accept returns. However, if you are truly dissatisfied with something you ordered, please get in touch so I am aware of the issue and we can try to come to an agreed-upon solution. Thank you for your understanding.
